Hey! My name is Brandon Moore.
And if you're reading this right now, it's because you would like some help growing your business...
And I think that's great!
Going it alone is no fun :)
Plus I'm confident we can get you the results you're after much faster and with way less work on your part...
If we tackle this project together.
I'll explain how the process works and how we can get started...
But first, I have a question for you...
...It sounds like hype, but it IS possible.
You just need 3 things to pull it off.
Master these...
And you'll have a powerful system that consistently generates new customers from scratch and maximizes their value to you, on autopilot.
You see, there are basically just 3 assets you need to grow predictably and reliably every month.
right now, your business is in one of three "life cycle phases"
Phase one we define as the "Starting" phase. Or about 0 to 30 or 50k per month in revenue.
This is when you've got an idea, you've got a website...
If you're further along, you may have dabbled with ads, email marketing, content marketing or funnels...
You may even be making sales...
But you likely, still haven't fully validated and solidified your product/market fit...
Or found the core messaging that communicates the value you provide clearly.
Where people usually get stuck in this phase...
Is they're not really sure what it is their doing that's working...
And what it is their doing that's not working...
So they don't know where to double down or how to identify and trim the fat.
They're also not sure what's a priority to really make things "click"
But when things do "click"...
And you begin to grow...
You've entered the second phase...
This is about 50 to 80, maybe up to a 100k per month.
And in this phase, you're making some money...
You're spending profitably on ads...
You've had success with your offer...
Your funnel is converting and everything's great...
But...
Now you find yourself in one of two scenarios:
Scenario A: The ball is rolling, things are working, but you're just not really sure where to go next.
Scenario B: The ball is rolling, but then something goes wrong... Things were working, but now they're not....
In the Traction phase, if you're not careful you could break what was working and begin to backslide.
The key here is really simple...
1) Figure out why what you did was working and how to make it work betterer...
Or...
2) Figure out why it's not working now and fix it...
Easy right? (Not really)
With clarity, you can act with certainty and break through the bottlenecks of this phase.
But to have clarity, you'll need those 3 assets I mentioned earlier (more on those soon...)
Now... If you get through this phase you've done some things right. Good job.
You're on your way to Scale Town, aka Lifecycle Phase 3.
At this stage You've got some stability. You're at 7 figures, you're doin' pretty good.
And now you're looking to get to 8...
You've got a proven offer and a proven conversion path...
You've been running ads profitably for a while now...
But at some point you hit a ceiling, whether that's 100k/mo or 500k/mo...
And you realize you've been there for a while...
You're kinda stuck. The path to eight figures is unknown.
We both want to create a predictable stream of customers from scratch and double the size of our businesses...
Who doesn't, right?
But the challenge is there's so many courses, experts, YouTube videos, gurus, know-it-alls and shiny objects...
That it's hard to know what you should do...
And every day that goes by...
You're missing opportunity.
You're losing out on money.
And you feel like you're not growing as fast as you should.
The good news is...
It's just the specific application of those principles is very different.
And those little nuances, they can be the difference between success and failure.
I should know...
I've personally scaled multiple businesses to multi-7-figure years in various markets and industries.
From coaching and info businesses, to high ticket agencies, to local businesses like restaurants, dentists, and even scrap yards...
So I understand that building a customer getting machine for a high ticket coaching offer is very different from building a customer getting machine for a professional services business or a restaurant.
The principles may be the same, but the specific application OF those principles is very different...
You should still take me up on the offer I'm about to make to hop on a call and discuss your business.
I'll tell you how you can qualify in a minute, but first, if you're like most people...
You're probably wondering who I am and why you should trust me.
- Me at Shopify headquarters
Again, my name is Brandon Moore.
I'm the owner of Netmore Marketing and Certified Partner of the #1 digital marketing education company in the world, DigitalMarketer.
I launched my first online ads back in 2016, but made my first dollar online in 2006 (a whole other story).
And ever since I've been obsessed.
I architected my first seven figure client getting machine in 2018...
And I've since strategized and deployed these customer getting machines in multiple markets with a range of businesses from startups trying to get their first campaigns profitable...
To businesses doing multiple seven figures and looking to get to eight...
So I know what it takes for companies to see massive and sustained success with their digital marketing efforts.
And If you haven't heard of me, that's okay.
While all the "experts" are busy selling courses about the latest shiny object...
I've been busy serving my clients.
That's how I know what actually works.

The first framework is something that we call the Growth Triad. It consists of those 3 assets i mentioned earlier that are required for predictable growth.
They're your FOUNDATION for predictable growth.
And they include:
1) Strategy (including a documented customer journey)
2) Actionable metrics
3) Tools and tactics
Before you launch any new marketing initiatives or dump money into ads...
We need to get these three things installed into your business.
Because if we start sending traffic all willy nilly to your current system without first identifying and plugging the holes...
It's kinda like pouring water in a leaky bucket.
And my assumption, is not that you have money to burn and that you're about growth at all costs...
My assumption is...
Even if you did have some kindling, some money to burn, that with all else being equal...
You'd still like to grow with greater capital efficiency.
So by approaching things in this way, we make sure we're not pouring water in a leaky bucket.

The tactics are fun.
But while everyone else is overly focused on tools and tactics...
We recognized long ago there's little profit in understanding individual tactics like paid traffic, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, building a chat bot, starting a community - in and of themselves...
YES, these things work when they're deployed properly.
But these are tactics. They're not a strategy.
And without a strategy guiding your tactics, you're flailing around and throwing everything against the wall.
Yeah, you might be having fun doing it...
But you're probably not making a whole lot of meaningful growth.
So what's a good strategy?
To us, it includes:
1) Defining & Refining Your Ideal Customer & The Transformation You Deliver (people don't buy products and services, they buy transformations)
2) Learning How To Articulate The Value You Provide (value = transformation | good copywriting = articulating the transformation)
3) Understanding & Architecting Your Customer Value Journey (aka how you create customers from 'scratch')
4) And lastly (the boring stuff) What Metrics Are Meaningful & Actionable (Don't focus on the wrong things)
We NEED to have your customer journey defined and documented because...
If we're going to optimize the flow of customers into your business...
Then we need to have the process by which they BECOME customers DOCUMENTED...
...Or else how can we optimize it...?
Defining this journey is important as well, because we don't want to do the business equivalent of asking for marriage on the first date.
"Hi, nice to meet you, please buy my stuff"
The sequence of the eight stages of the customer journey MATTERS.
Because, just because you know your product or service is really good...
And just because you know your prospect really needs it...
It doesn't mean THEY know THEY need it...
Nor does it mean that they want it from you...
(At least not yet).
The next thing you need is actionable metrics.
I see a lot of companies...
They have big dashboards, they track all kinds of different things at different times...
But most companies are tracking vanity metrics.
And we don't want that...
We want actionable metrics.
So we're going to help you define those for your business, track them, and then help you interpret what stories the data is telling us so we can get clarity over how to move forward...
And so that we can avoid focusing on shiny objects that waste time, money, and effort on projects that don't pay off.

And finally, when we have our strategy and we have our metrics, this is when we deploy the 'fun stuff'
No, not a wacky inflatable arms guy (though I do love those)
Im talking about the tools and tactics of digital marketing.
This is running an ad campaign, setting up email automation, creating content, a free or a paid group, trying a new offer, adjusting your pricing, or any of the other dozens and dozens of marketing and growth tactics.
Tools and tactics are definitely the most fun...
And it's where everyone loves to geek out (myself included).
But what I would say...
Is that if you're just in that mode of chasing after tools and tactics...
You've kind of got shiny object syndrome.
And we don't want to just grab on to random tools and tactics as we hear about them...
What we want to do is say...
"Which of the eight stages of the customer journey does our data say we need to focus on?"
Let's focus the tools and tactics there.
So we're going to allow the customer journey and our actionable metrics to define what tools and tactics that we need to go after.
Now, once you've got your foundation for predictable growth...
(Your Growth Triad)
The next step is where we really start to pour fuel on the fire...
And that's where we start to implement the 2nd framework that we use to drive growth...
Which is what we call Customer Value Optimization or CVO for short.
And what is CVO?
It's based on the irrefutable law of business growth put forth by legendary marketer, Jay Abraham.
And he teaches...
There are only three ways to grow a business.
1) You can increase the number of customers.
2) You can increase the average transaction value per customer.
3) Or you can increase the number of transactions per customer.
And Alex Hormozi, if you like him, has simplified it even further...
He says, "You can get more customers, or you can get them to buy more stuff."
That's it.
And while a lot of marketers and agencies only focus on new client acquisition...
We focus on all three business growth methods with our CVO system.
That's what makes it so powerful...
And we find...
That when we work with businesses in this way, with this first-principled approach...
We can consistently double their size over the time of us working together.
And that's why I can't wait to help you deploy it.
But to do that, we need to talk first...
So if you're still reading...
You recognize, that you need some help growing your business.
So it's not a question of, "Do you want to double the size of your business?"
Yeah, obviously you do...
Do you want to go it alone?
Or do you want me to grow your business with you?
Well, if you want me to help you grow your business...
I'd love to.
However, I can only take on about two new clients per month...
So if you'd like to be one of those two clients, here's what you need to do next...
On this page, you'll see a button that links over to a scheduling page.
Go there, choose a time on my calendar, and we can talk one on one.
Something you should know though... Is that this service is not for everyone...
For example, if you are NOT committed to implementing strategic changes and are looking for quick fixes or magic bullets, or you want to hire a button pusher...This is probably not a good fit for you.
You also need to understand that if we do choose to work together, it's going to require a lot of work on my side.
So this service is appropriately priced.
If after hearing that you still feel like you're a fit, then please click over to the scheduling page and book a Double Your Sales Discovery Session with me.
Essentially, what we're going to do is over about 60 to 90 minutes, we're going to map out a plan for how you can double your sales over the next 90 days.
We're not going to double your sales in 90 days, but we're going to start working on a plan where you can double your sales over the next 90 days.
Like I've said, I can only take on about two new clients per month. So if you return to this page and find that the form has been deactivated, don't be surprised.
If that happens, there will be a waiting list that you can sign up for. And if you're on that list, you will be notified first if any spots become available.
But if the form is still active and you can still apply then please do so now by clicking the button below, and let's talk about your business.
